Office-Based Addiction, Psychiatric,
Behavioral Health & Family Medicine

Addiction Medicine Specialists of Florida is a specialty medical practice that offers addiction, psychiatric, and primary care treatment, as well as behavioral health (mental health) treatment for the patient who can self-manage their addiction with the structured guidance of a Board Certified & Fellowship Trained Addiction Medicine Physician.
The brain disease of addiction is a complex chronic disease that is biological, psychological, and sociological in nature. Our experienced and dedicated physician-owned clinics are designed for private, personalized, and comprehensive Addiction & Psychiatric Medical Care.
Dr. Leach is a dual-boarded Addiction & Family Medicine physician and Rosalie Villecco-Smith is a Nurse Practitioner, who give patients the time that they deserve in order to provide them with individualized and direct access to quality care.
We know that addiction treatment requires much communication, education, and ongoing coordination. This practice provides evidence-based medical treatment in a private office setting, with dignity and respect for the patient and their disease. We are experienced in handling your total medical care or that of a loved one affected by drugs and alcohol. The brain disease of addiction requires a holistic team approach with frequent contact, medical monitoring, and collaboration.
Many of our patients are able to successfully manage their disease without the need for expensive in-patient treatment. If the need for a higher level of care is warranted, our providers coordinate the admission process, collaborate with the in-patient facility, and seamlessly transition the discharge plan from an in-patient treatment setting back to the care of your Addiction Medicine Physician. We welcome patients of all ages.
